Dr. Jude Bergkamp, Chair of Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Seattle and clinical faculty at the University of Washington, is President-elect of NCSPP. A trained forensic and neuropsychologist, he conducts forensic evaluations and researches decolonizing psychology, social privilege in psychotherapy, and its role in oppression and privilege dynamics.
Dr. Alana Cook, a Registered Psychologist in British Columbia, specializes in psychology and law. With a PhD in clinical-forensic psychology, she provides treatment, assessments, and consultations in Vancouver. An adjunct faculty member at Simon Fraser University, her research focuses on violence risk assessment. Her work has earned multiple prestigious awards.
Dr. Natalie Anumba, a forensic psychologist and associate professor at UMass Chan Medical School, Co-Directs the Law & Psychiatry Program. A violence risk consultant, expert witness, and mentor, she is a fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Psychology and the 2023 AP-LS Outstanding Clinical Mentoring award recipient.
Dr. Luciano Giromini, Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Turin, specializes in psychological assessment, statistics, and psychometrics. A prolific author with about 100 publications, he co-developed the IOP-29 and IOP-M validity tests, used globally. He serves on editorial boards of journals like Psychological Assessment.
Dr. Tess M.S. Neal, Dean’s Professor at Iowa State University, is a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist specializing in expertise and judgment processes. Formerly at ASU, she founded the Future of Forensic Science Initiative. A Fulbright Scholar, she is Editor-in-Chief of Psychology, Public Policy, and Law and an APS/APA Fellow.
Shelby Hunter, a postdoctoral fellow in clinical neuropsychology at Patton State Hospital, specializes in neuropsychological assessment and intervention for forensic patients. She earned her doctorate from the University of Alabama (Psychology & Law) and focuses on advancing neuropsychology’s role in forensic treatment, with research aimed at expanding access in criminal legal settings.
